Phantom Gun

i have seen videoes of people on outskirts with a plasma rifle that fires like a phantom and a scarab gun. i know the scarab is real, but is the phantom gun real or a bs mod??.

BTW: i dont know if this belongs in the easter eggs section

It looks like someone modded thier Xbox if you ask me. If there's a way to get the phantom gun then there should be a video explaining how to get it instead of showing some possible mod.

i no that the scarab gun is real cause ive gotten hundreds of times without modding but only on campaign but the phantom gun ive never even heard of
