Amateur Role-Players Association
You know. I saw all these high and mighty perfect role association and thought that we need one for amateurs to get on their feet. I invite Dark Energy G65_the_strange_one and Gruntaloob to help. This is a thread to help newcomers learn the Art. In order to do this judgers must give slightly more detailed analysis of posts in order to teach a person how to Role-Play. I am not saying I am any good, but I am merely saying, I can spot a good read. Believe me I have read enough to. Post your quoted role-plays and a request for judgement and I am hoping the invited judges will provide constructive criticism. Since this is knew I fear we will have to build a new rating scale.

Ghooj'lit marched in tow to his Elite commander’s stride. His customized Plasma Pistol and Rifle at his side swayed with the echoes of his feet hitting the floor in step with the elites. Those weapons had saved his life many times and only he knew that he had illegally changed them to give off 500% more energy than usual, and to cut through Covenant Shields. His mask gleamed with a tinge of red Marine blood. In his eyes was the dark gleam of too many battles and kills. However, there was also goodness. A tiny light of compassion that was hard to see but if you looked closely, past all the protective barriers it was there. He did not want to kill anymore. No matter what the gods said, it was wrong. The Elite entered the prophet’s chamber and stood at ease. Ghooj'lit took up a similar posture slightly back and to the left of Haskin, his commander. He wanted to pull his weapon and fire on all in the room right now. However, he knew of the shields. He had seen the execution of a younger, more foolish Grunt. The only way he had survived so long was to keep his face free of emotions and make sure they did not affect his service. The Elite, Haskin, was Ghooj'lit's superior officer, and he would have murdered Ghooj'lit long ago if he had known of his treachery. Ghooj'lit watched in hatred and disgust as he prepared to speak to the vile creatures in attendance at the table in front of them. He heard the deep hum of their anti-gravity belts and had to resist curling his lip at their cowardice.
"My lords."
Ghooj'lit snapped to attention as the Elite spoke to the Prophets.
"What special assignment do you have for us today"
A holographic image swirled up from the depths of an ominously bright machine. Words and measurements panned across the screen and after a brief scan Haskin nodded in acknowledgement. The pair came about and strode from the room with dignity that Ghooj'lit did not share but looked perfectly genuine. Walking to Grunt Troop 59067s tank, Haskin shared with Ghooj'lit the information as they crushed the dew covered grass underfoot. Ghooj’lit’s troop and Haskin were to search out a planet for a colony of hidden humans and bring back information on their whereabouts.
"And one more thing," Haskin growled at him as the tank loomed up in front of them in the darkness, "If you foul up I will personally rip off that mask of yours and watch you suffocate."
Ghooj'lit shrugged this comment off after a quick twitch of his cheek which Haskin glared at him for, and entered the transition chamber into the tank. Removing his mask and stepping into the main barrack chamber, he walked up to the order screen. Slowly reading he gathered that he was to get two new troop members for this mission. Both had perfect service records except a couple minor incidents and would be a great help. First, a Grunt Captain with a considerable collection of medals that almost rivaled his own, and then a Battle Tactician who had helped design the attack on Reach. He sighed and shook his head. This meant he would have to find out if they felt the same way about killing as the rest of troop and he himself did. Or if they were loyal to the evil ways of the Prophets....
The next morning Ghooj'lit woke up to the sound of the "Awake" siren. He un-cricked his neck slowly and rubbed the pain out of his many scars. He spent as much time on his facial scar as possible. A plasma rifle shot to the cheek had caused the circle of pure white skin. Checking for any signs of cracking, he examined the damaged tissue to make sure it was healing properly. Donning his armor and walking out of his private quarters he headed for the airlock and spent more time than usual to make sure his equipment was strait and neat because the facial scar hurt more than usual today and if he rushed, it was likely to become more irritated. Grabbing his Plasma Pistol and Rifle and holstering them securely he activated the methane transfer sequence and stepped into the cool morning air. Ghooj'lit started for this sectors shipyard to greet the new arrivals. As he stepped into the building, a fellow Grunt looked up and recognized him and his purpose.
"They will arrive shortly Commander."
Ghooj'lit stood by the door and waited until a short, scruffy, innocent looking Grunt and a tall, broad, but neat Grunt stepped through the doorway. Ghooj'lit took them to be the Battle Professor and the Chief.
"All this killing is useless I tell you, we could be at peace and go back home."
"I agree but what can we d-," both Grunts stopped dead and stared, wide-eyed at him.
Ghooj'lit smiled and stepped forward.
"I am glad you are of the same minds of my troop," he said lowly and then raised his voice, "There will be no more talk of this ever again, you are both on half rations for a week," said Ghooj'lit mimicking an expression of anger.
"Do be more careful in your discussions from now on though," He said quietly again.
As they walked out of the transfer building, he allowed himself an ever so invisible smile at the looks of relief on their faces.
Perfect.

I will begin with my own.
I have since changed the scale to include 1-10.
All scores should be reflected as you would have in the last scoring system except for proportionately larger to account for the new numbers.

You really think its that good?
I have seen some of the graphics used for rating in the others. I have dabbled but dont show much promise in making things like that. I would be pleased if someone would create some. I would also appreciate somone instructing me or helping me in creating the links for Level Pictures. I would like to creat a Pic for Founder of Amateur Role-Players Association which I would like to provide Dark and all of the other invited judges.

Ok Unknown Gamer, I did an assesment. You got a 6! 
Well, you made a mistake in saying grapping instead of grabbing, Elites and Grunts are supposed to have capitals (since they are proper names in the hierarchy) You had a run-on, you didn't put the phrase "Or if they were loyal to the Prophets evil ways." in Italic to show difference, and you didn't put the continuating mark "..." at the end. He wakes up the next day, so that should have been there.
Oh and Battle Proffesor - no way. It should be Tactician. The Grunt "Chief" should be Captain or Squad Leader...

I have since reviewed and Fixed all mistakes and have also decided to change the scale in order to allow for people to have a perfect 30. Please reread and rescore my post. I am sorry for putting the ARA Level 8 Picture out of date.

i guess ill go first.
6 shots zoomed past Erilee's head. The Brute invasion was not expected so soon. The taking of installation 09 was a surprise even to the prophets.
" Give me cover fire, you pathetic grunts!" Erilee hollered at the cowering grunts. " Give them a break, Captain. They have never been on the field bef-" a brute shot impacted on the Elite's skull.
"Dammit. Yurille! Throw me a plasma!" Erille yelled at his comrad in battle. "Im all out, sorry captain!" The newly recruited Elite screamed.
The Brute opposition was overwhelming. The number of Elites to Brutes was embarassing. " Grundo, take a few jackals and go around to the back of the fortress," Tarteran ordered to his legion of brutes. "As you wish, Honorable Tarteran."
Holleru and his Hunter companion were patrolling the back gate. Holleru heared some rumbling behind a destroyed Phantom. When the Hunter got closer, a flurry of plasma grenades pummeled the face and stomach. Zasd, the other hunter, charged his fuel rod cannon and aimed it at the exposed jackals. " Run!!" one jackal yelled right before a massive green explosion hit a piece of the phantom. More debree was created and pieces of the vehicle hit the jackals. "We need backup at the back gate," Zasd yelled at the forces inside.
"I see they brought some opposition here. I guess it's time to bring out the calvery. Let out...the Drinol," Tarteran said to a officer.
