its in the level delta halo
near a superjump that probly goes through hair or something.
the fairy is either jumping on a gay guy  or a superjump. thats all i could make of it

It has been found a while ago. I just never posted it. Get the Sputnik skull and go to the level Regret. After you get to the outside area, turn right and you will see a broken bridge, with a Large structure on the other side. (there's also a sniper over there)
Throw a grenade, run, and jump (grenade jump) over to the other side, either if you have enough boost to reach the top gray post or enough only to reach the bottom one, (grenade jump up)
turn right and follow the catwalk around until you see a very dark room. Walk in, turn left and see the rough texture. Look at the top corner, turn on your light, and zoom completely in and in big, block letters you see
HI BEN
After shining your flashlight on it, it will stay illuminated. Woo hoo.
No effects.
