How to "REALLY" advertise your clan
Well, I have seen many posts and threads about people wanting people to join a clan or they want to join a clan. Here are a few simple rules to keep track of when typing, we arent savages here.
1. Check ALL spelling before you post, you wont be taken seriously if you dont.
2. Don't make promises you can't keep, Otherwise people will riot.
3. Stick to the basics, don't over elaborate.
4. If you are sponsored then say who, dont just say you are and expect people to believe you.
5. Have evidence or someone to back up what you say.
Here is a sample format for setting up your post.
Clan Name
Amount of people
Purpose of clan
Reason why they should join
Website (optional)
Closing
My clan is (Insert Here) and we have X amount of people. We are a group of people just wanting to play Halo 2 for fun. We play some serious matches though against other clans. You should join this clan because we are all about having fun in this awesome game. Our myspace is www.myspace.com/Halo2Clan. Thanks for reading and we hope you join.
Now everyone is ready to create a clan advertisement.
