Which Allies PWN with Which Weapon?
On Legendary, I always give my allies good weapons because they are actually more than cannon fodder. They can actually take a few guys down with them. What do you guys think that your allies are best with? Here is what I think:
Marine: BR
Grunt: Needler (They're good with Plasma Rifles also)
Jackal: Beam Rifle
Elite: Sword

there's no way to get an allied jackel with a beam rifle, also, it depends on the enemy

Jackals-Carbine
Grunts-Plasma Rifle
Elites- Beam rifle
Marines- Sniper rifle/rocket

I say, for the most part
Marine: rocket launcher/beam rifle
Grunt: needler/plasma rifle
Jackal: needler/BR(yes, BR)
Elite: Sword/rocket launcher

Jackal/ Carbine, Plasma Rifle, and Needler
Marine/ BR, Rocket, Carbine, and Beam Rifle

Personaly, I dont trust my allies with explosives, they always end up killing every one, literaly, every one, I stay back, and work my way forward, next thing I know the enemy rushes forward, and my buddies rush in past me, my rocket man shoots, kills them self, all my other guys and most of the time me...
Grunt: Plasma rifle.
Jackal: Carbine.
Elite: Carbine/ duel Plasma rifles. (real hard to get them to take both guns though.)
Marine: BR/ Carbine/ Sniper Rifle.
