Arrow The Armory

Hey all. Yet another threadcomes to you thanks to Gamers boredom. So here is the deal. In order to keep you up to date, this thread will basically give a large overview of what weapons, characters, species, races, vehicles, and pretty much anything that is available for use in Halo Roleplays. I will give a breif overview of my own, and then will accompany it with any possible Wikipedia articles I find on the subject.

First off.

Halo: Combat Evolved.

The combat game that started it all! Originally meant to be a strategy game, Halo previewed alongside the X-Box, and was the must-have game for several years to come. An immense plot, expansive storyline, and a whole array of creatures and Halo-Universe objects, Halo is widely regarded as the start of the best gaming legacy to grace the controllers of the world, and no doubt will stay that way for a very long time, if not forever. Bungie, the creators of Halo, were launched into world-wide game marketing by this FPS, and have stayed there since.

Halo: CE Human Weapons:

M6D Pistol - Highly powerful, this original Halo weapon is thought to be one of the most universal and useful weapons in the games, being powerful, and accurate at almost any range.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Pistol

MA5B Assault Rifle - Not to be confused with the MA5K or the MA5C, when fired in burts this Assault Rifle can be marginally accurate and powerful.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Assault_Rifle

M90 Shotgun - Very useful at close range, especially with the flood, but has a slow reload rate. http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Shotgun

SRS99C-S2 AM Sniper Rifle - The name is almost as long as the weapon. Though very accurate for long range, it takes a certain degree of skill to master, and is not easily useable while moving or up close. http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Sniper_Rifle

M19 SSM SPNKr Rocket Launcher - Though formiddable, it is largely innaccurate in Halo one due to the absence of a lock-on mechanism. Still, it sports power and is nearly unrivaled among the power weapons.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Rocket_Launcher

M7057 Defoliant Projector Flamethrower - Available only in PC version so far. Though powerful and useful, its ammo counter runs dry extremely quick, and should be used only when encountered by a group of hostiles, ensuring more death for your degrees.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Flamethrower

M9 HE-DP Grenade - The fragmentation grenade. Best when used in conjunction with the Assault Rifle. When a being with no sheilds encounters one of these it is, in essence, fucked.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/M9_HE-DP_Grenade

M41 Light Anti-Aircraft Gun - Highly effective against in-flight vehicles, but largely innaccurate when it comes to single individuals.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/M41_LAAG

Arrow Halo: CE Covenant Weapons:

Covenant Plasma Pistol - Though highly effective when taking down sheilds (One overcharged burst totally deadens them.) This little gun has an extended heat-release period after each overcharge, and a normal burst will be absolutely HARMLESS to a sheilded foe. http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Plasma_Pistol

Covenant Plasma Rifle - Effective enough, but constant fire causes it to overheat, leaving a time period on which to be snuck up on or gunned down while waiting for the green light.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Plasma_Rifle

Covenant Needler - If used correctly with dodging and firing techniques, this little beauty is devastating to anything.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Needler

Covenant Fuel Rod Gun - Available only in PC version so far. Though the splash damage is large, the glowing green ball that emits is slow, and acts like a beacon. Rarely do enemies not see it and jump out of the way, usually laughing at your stupidity to give away your position with this basically useless machine.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Fuel_Rod_Gun

Covenant Shade - Plasma turrets, almost always manned by grunts. This makes them less effective because grunts can be taken out easier, and are generally STUPID and innaccurate.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Shade

Covenant Plasma Grenade - If you get a stick, laugh like a maniac as the grunts run away and the elites make handicapped faces at their imminent deaths.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Plasma_Grenade

Arrow Halo: CE Human Vehicles:

M12 Light Reconnaissance Vehicle - Otherwise known as the Warthog. Basiaclly a jeep with which to shoot things. M41 LAAG mounted on the back.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Warthog

Scorpion M808B Main Battle Tank - Got problems? With this monster all you have to do is ask, "Do ya punk?" This machine is basically a marine in essence. No better ally, no worse enemy. http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Scorpion_Tank

D-77TC Pelican - Not pilotable. Though you never actually get a chance to drive on of them, although rumors persist of a cheat, it plays an integral part in both games, originally bringing you in usually, and then supplying you with Warthogs and Scorpion tanks.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Pelican

Arrow Halo: CE Covenant Vehicles:

Covenant Ghost - Effective enough for strafing fire, but get stuck with a Covenant Plasma Grenade and your dead because of the time it takes to disengage from the piloting seat of the vehicle.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Ghost

Covenant Banshee - Aerially superior, and great at airborne maneuvers, Unfortunately due to the issue of flying it takes great skill to become marginally effective with its Feul Rod Cannon.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Banshee

DX-class Dropship - Not pilotable. Also known as Spirit. Covenant Dropship. It is shaped rather like a tuning fork, and appears to contain some type of force-feild holding each side together structurally. Deploys all kinds of people for your fists to smash, leading me to believe the Covenant are primarily stupid. I think this theory is more widely believed then I originally thought.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Dropship

Covenant Wraith - Not pilotable in Halo: CE. This my dear friend is the Covenant's Scorpion, though it can be easily destroyed if you are close enough, and not distracted.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Wraith

Arrow Halo: CE Environments:

The Pillar of Autumn - The first level takes place on this beauty, who bravely fights off Covenant boarders with just a little help from you. This is the UNSC ship hand-picked by Cortana and Dr. Halsey themselves for this little mission.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Pillar_of_Autumn_Level
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Pillar_of_Autumn

The Truth and Reconciliation - Right above Halo. This Covenant ship is to be your combat zone for more then one level of the game. You will have the task of rescuing Captain Keys from this place, twice.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Truth_an...ciliation_Level
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Truth_and_Reconciliation

The Silent Cartographer - Your job here, is to search the Forerunner structures for The Silent Cartographer, in essence a map to lead you to the Control Room. This level is a small island, but contains several underground structures.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Silent_Cartographer_Level
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/The_Silent_Cartographer

Halo - Installation 04. The name evokes reverance and awe in many. Halo is an ancient ringworld, built by the Forerunners for one purpose; eliminate all sentient life, thereby destroying the floods only means of survival.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Halo_Level
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Halo
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/The_Halos

Assault On The Control Room - You begin on an undergrund ledge, and must proceed to work through snowy canyons and ice-blue caverns in order to capture Halo's control room.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Assault_on_the_Control_Room

Two Betrayals - The control room level, but reversed. you have to work our from the control room, and destroy the Halo's reactors to stop activation.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Two_Betrayals

The Library - The Library was originally construsted by the Forerunners to house the Flood in this research facility. You must fight through with the Monitor of Installation 04, 343 Guilty Spark. He eventually allies you with Sentinals, the guards, but they arent of much use.

Arrow Halo: CE Story:

[color=black]It starts out with the Pillar of Autumn, a lone ship assailed by Covenant boadring crafts. You, the Master Chief, must help fight off the boarders and make it to a life boat, with the help of your sassy AI friend, Cortana. As you escape to the nearby ring-world of Halo, you watch as Captain Keys takes the Autumn down to crash. With a rough landing, all of the other people on board your lifeboat are killed in the crash, and you must soon wake, and extricate yourself from the sticky situation your put in by the waves of Covenant assailers, as you try and rescue more Marines from several different locations. Once you successfully have them shipped out, you yourself leave, to go save Captain Keys from the Covenant. You fight through defensive position around the base of a ship, and then take a grav lift up into it, battling into the brig to rescue him. Once you do, you escape with one of their docked dropships, and head for the Silent Cartographer, a map room to find the Control Room of Halo, which the Covenant believe to be a weapon. After activating that map, and having Echo 419 drop you off in and underground tunnel, accessed at said mission, you must fight your way through a series of canyons and chambers in order to find the Control Room. There, Cortana integrates into the Covenant system, and sends you off to save Keys again, who was looking for a Covenant cache of weapons, but was really accessing a deep burial place for something much worse. When you arrive in the swamp, you have to fight past Coevnant until you find a door, which is locked. When you get through you watch the recorded footage of the Marines getting attacked by gruesome creatures. Getting smart, you leave this chamber behind and try to get out of there as the Flood-an ancient parasitic life form that can manifest other bodies to attack you, and take your knowledge in order to get to the feeding ground of Earth-try and stop you. When you emerge from the structure, you are taken by 343 Guilty Spark, the Monitor of Installation 04, where you must find the index to ctivate Halo, which will kill the flood. When you have gone through many gruesome battles into the Library, and get the Index, you are then transported back to the Control Room, where Cortana reveals to you that Halo actually kills all life, starving the flood to death. You turn on the Montior and then must fight your way back through the Canyons to stop him from activating Halo's power cores. Then, you return to the Truth and Reconciliation-the previously mentioned Covenant ship-to rescue Captain Keys again, this time fighting flood and Covenant. You find Keys infested and lifeless, and remove the activation codes from his body to make the Autumns reactor core to go critical. You must then fight through the The Pillar of Autumn again, and blow it up. You encounter stiff resistance from all enemies, and eventually must escape by warthog to a UNSC Longsword, which you use to outrun the blast as Halo explodes in all its glory.

Arrow Halo: CE Characters:

Master Chief Petty Officer John-117 - His kills number more then countable and his skills are unmatchable. Protected my a MJOLNIR Mark V Armor. His sheilds recharge, but you have a health bar that must be monitored for safeties sake.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Master_Chief

Cortana - The sassy companion of the Master Chief, she has personality, and is nearing the end of her lifespan as a Smart AI. Shes got a lot of skills, but she only gives them to the MC. The best Smart AI at code-breaking, she often hacks Covenant data and control systems to open doors, get nav information, and generally help along the way. But she does have an attitude.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Cortana

Captain Jacob Keyes - A brilliant tactician and beloved captain.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Captain_Keyes

343 Guilty Spark - The Monitor of Installation 04 (AKA Halo.). An idiot of his own caliber, and not one Halo fan has resisted the urge to shoot at him for his incessant humming and annoying voice.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/343_Guilty_Spark

Flight Officer Captain Carol Rawley "Echo-419" AKA; Foehammer - The pilot of a UNSC Pelican, Foehammer often makes aerial insertions for you as the Master Chief, carrying bands of Marines and soldiers with you on your missions, and also supplies reinforcements.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Foehammer

Arrow Halo: CE UNSC Species:

Spartans - Supersoldiers, trained as a last defense against an erupting civil war that could tear humanity apart. With heightened strength, vision, hearing, mentality, and reflexes, the Spartans were created to do the impossible, and come out swinging. Made to halt the Eridanus rebels, they now serve a greater purpose then any could guess in the fight against the Covenant, and living up to their purpose.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Spartans

A.I.; Artificial Intelligences - Master codebreakers and hackers, they are the most useful computer device youll ever find. There are several types of A.I.s, ranging from smart, dumb, limited, and unlimited. Any type of unlimited A.I. has a short operational lifespan, effectively thinking themselves to death after learning too much, usually within seven years, whereas dumb A.I.s, can operate for many, many years.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Category:A.I.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Artificial_Intelligence

Human - I dont think I have to show you.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Humans

Marines - Sporting stylish green body armor, and full of catchy phrases, these Marines will likely entertain you more through what they say as you shoot, punch, and blow them up, then help you fight. They usually die, and are very rarely of use, especially when you could finish almost all of the game by yourself.

Arrow Halo: CE Covenant Species:

Elites - Also known as Sangheili by Covenant. The infantry commanders. Powerful, and pretty agile, they are formiddable warriors. Can carry hosts of weapons like plasma rifles, needlers, and energy swords.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Elites

Jackals - Also known as Kig-Yar by Covenant. Weak and stupid, they hide behind their arm mounted energy sheilds, with plasma pistols overcharged, thinking it will do them good.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Jackals

Grunts - Also known an Unggoy by Covenant. Basically the cannon fodder. None survive. They are five feet tall, breath methane, and run around screaming translated words of cowardice. Carry triangular methane tanks on their back and often fall asleep when waiting, leaving themselves in the perfect positions to melee each silently to death while the others continue to sleep. Often grunts are the ones throwing plasma grenades, so mow them down first.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Grunts

Hunters - Also known as Lekgolo by Covenant. Composed of hundreds of little wormlike creatures, nestled in their armor, they sport an impenetrable sheild, and only two attack types prevail; a rocket launcher forces the sheild away for shrapnel to enter the 'soft spot', an orange area in the neck, and waistline which kills instantly if shot in the region, or using a pistol, or sniper rifle to dodge its blows, and shoot it in the back, killing in one shot.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Hunters_%28Lekgolo%29

Arrow Halo: CE Flood Species:

Infection Form - The simplest of the forms, this little bugger burrows into a sentient life-forms chest and taking control of it. It can thereafter steal its memories, and learn everything it knows.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Infection_Form

Combat Form - Effectively, once an enemy of enough size and combatic skills, an infection form wriggles into its chest, expanding its tentacle-like-appendages allowing it to control the body. After it has been damaged, it turns into a carrier form.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Combat_Form

Carrier Form - These are the damaged bodies of combat forms, unfit for fighting. Instead, they are swelled to great size with incubating infection forms, and go on a suicidal mission to bathe the enemy in them, exploding them outward when shot or punctured. In the more advanced levels it would be wize to shoot them before they get too close, because they learn to carry live grenades in their incubation cavity, exploding when the form does, near you.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Carrier_Form

Brain Form - Basically an enormous, unmoving infection form for a ship. It interfaces and learns from ships as the infection forms do to bodies.
http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Brain_Form
