It would be cool to board one vehicle from another. Say you were driving a warthog and an enemy in a ghost comes right up next to you, it would be cool to jump from the seat of the Hog' and kick the ghost driver out and drive away the ghost.
Not a brilliant idea, but its something to think about and would be kind of cool.

I agree with you sdomewhat. as i read this i kept thinking one thing... what if, say your driving a warthog, keywrod driving, and you bail to get in a ghost. what happens you your gunner and passenger? there dead. also, i've gotten a ghost stollen off me in metropolis, so does that mean the covenat/flood can steal the warthog off you from there ghost? because if ur in the gunners seat and one of them steal it...then they can drive off a cliff and kill 2 people for the price of one. so in conclusion 2 main speculations...1) can they steal it off you and 2) what happens to your passengers?

Warthogs dont go fast enough to crash and die, it woudl just move for a while longer and then come to a stop, like what happens if you get out of the hog while its still moving, it just coasts to a stop. And yes, the enemies would be able to do the same thing, but that is the drawback to it, just like regular boarding, you can do it to enemies, but enemies can do it to you as well. You just have to be the one who doesnt let it happen to you. If an enemy is right up next to you on a ghost and you are in a hog, slam on the E-Brake and they will go in front of you, then have your gunner toast him.

Thats a good point and i understand where your coming from...but this is what i tried to put i just wast to clear i guess. If they board a warthog...in the drivers seat...and drive it off a cliff like a komacozzi in WWII...it would make sence since i have yet to see a CPU player bail unless the warthog flipped. so would they stay in as an elite (well it wouldnt be a eleite now that we have a allience with them...for the moment...) ok brute...would they stay in as a brute drove them off a cliff? just something that crossed my mind

I dont know, i guess they could if they wanted to. Lol. If they had enough time to react then they probably could, it would be funny to see a marine bail out of the side seat of a Hog'.

Most of the time they get in the wrong side of the warthog that happens on xbox live

Yeah, I think that wouldn't be too out of line to have in the next game. Boarding vehicles is a lot of fun. One of my fondest memories of my first time through the game was jumping on a wraith and putting the smack down on the elite driver that couldn't move.

i was partial to the first time i turned the game on and played multiplayer aginst my brother (whos handle is BRUCE LEE) and hit him w/ a plasma granade...i hate to say this but on his screen it said " The Lunchlady stuck BRUCE LEE"

Yes dude, me and my friends talked about that a few times, we thought a really funny one would be, "You were killed by AIDS". Its pretty crazy because we thought the exact same thing.

A gta mission called freefall is where u fall on to a plane off onto another that would be cool to do that with banshees.

That would be awesome, in CTF somebody has the flag and are running away in a ghost, you jump down from a banshee and jack the ghost, that would be like a freaking cinematic thing

I dont think i have ever tried to board one of those either. But there arent too many times where you can are there? Only on the Great Journey are there enemy Spectres, and you are in the Banshee anyways. Oh yeah, and on the Arbiter mission before that, but there no point in taking one because you can get a beam rifle and just snipe the driver and gunner, or just get a ghost.

Vehicle to vehicle boarding would be heaps cool 'cos if your in a ghost thats about to blow up and theres another ghost next to you in mint condition you could just jump onto it.

It would also be cool to be able to jump from your vehicle to an ally's vehicle so you would'nt have to waste time stopping.
